Job summary

Boots Opticians in the UK is hiring an Optical Assistant to join our store team. You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs and help them find the right eyewear while supporting eye-tests and pre-screening activities.

Based in-store, you’ll dispense glasses, handle repairs and adjustments, and carry out related administrative tasks while upholding our standards of customer care and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Order, dispense and collect glasses and contact lenses.
• Support with eye-tests and pre-screening activities.
• Provide aftercare support through repairs and adjustments.
