Job summary

Specsavers Dudley is seeking an Optical Assistant to welcome customers and help them choose eyewear with friendly, proactive service.

You will work in a busy store with extensive training and development across business areas, supported by experienced Opticians and Technicians. This role offers a clear progression path, including potential to become a Dispensing Optician, and participation in the in-store apprenticeship and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them choose eyewear with friendly, proactive service.
• Support customers through the in-store experience with guidance from trained staff.
