Job summary

Specsavers in Eltham is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store. If you have optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this role could be perfect.

You will use your passion for the Specsavers brand and customer service to create an outstanding store environment for customers and the team. Full-time 40 hours, weekend work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an optician/optics environment.
• Strong customer service and friendly approach.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear and provide guidance on frames and lenses.
• Support dispensing and fitting procedures when needed.
• Deliver excellent in-store service and contribute to a positive team environment.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.
