Job summary

Specsavers Barnsley is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and assist with eyewear choices while delivering excellent service. You’ll have access to structured training and guidance from experienced Opticians and Technicians to support your progression.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week, including a weekend day) with pension contributions, Specsavers Perks, WeCare support, Headspace subscription, eye/ear discounts, and a birthday leave day to celebrate you.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
