Specsavers in Kenilworth is seeking an Optical Assistant who is caring and customer-focused, ready to confidently welcome customers and help them find the right eyewear.

• Previous experience in optical or Audiology/business environments is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Able to learn product information and terminology quickly.

Desirable experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
