Job summary

Specsavers Fareham is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, providing excellent customer service and support within the optics and Audiology space.

You will help create a welcoming environment for customers and the team, with training and development opportunities available and a focus on delivering outstanding eye and hearing care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

What we’re looking for?
