Job summary

Specsavers in Uxbridge is looking for an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in our store. If you’ve worked as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this role could be perfect for you.

As part of our team you’ll use your customer service strengths and your passion for eyewear to help customers choose and enjoy great spectacles and lenses, while supporting day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience working in an optician.
• Experience in optics or audiology terminology is helpful.
• Strong customer service skills and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection and dispensing basics.
• Support in-store operations and create a welcoming environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.
