Specsavers in Blackheath is seeking an Optical Assistant who brings enthusiasm to greet customers and support their eyewear needs. The role offers in-store training and progression with the help of experienced Opticians and Technicians, ensuring you build confidence in optics and customer service.

You will join a team dedicated to colleague development, with a strong focus on accuracy, patient care, and ongoing qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists customers in-store, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Supports customers in selecting frames and lenses with care and accuracy.
