Job summary

Specsavers in Evesham is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our friendly store team. You’ll use your customer service skills to create an outstanding store environment, help customers with eyewear and dispensing, and support pre-screening and measurements.

We value a proactive, busy-environment mindset and welcome experience in optics. The role includes weekend work, full-time hours, and the chance to grow within a well-known brand and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Optical retail experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced store and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection and dispensing.
• Support pre-screening and lens measurements.
• Complete fittings, repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain welcoming, busy store environment for customers.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
