• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, client service, and project management, with a record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and project portfolios across multiple regions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and public-speaking capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic, proactive, and collaborative leadership style, with a commitment to team and organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client service delivery across the opt-in lifecycle, from pre-announcement case setup through client registration, follow-up, and ongoing case updates.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; establish clear ownership, promote accountability, and support consistent delivery against service standards.
• Manage regional client and project portfolios, ensuring that deadlines, communications, service levels, escalations, and client expectations are handled effectively.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, law firms, litigation funders, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with legal advisers and litigation funders to understand case offerings, assess loss methodologies, resolve questions, and support successful client outcomes.
• Contribute to department strategy, reporting, governance, thought leadership, and development of a scalable operating model for opt-in services.
