Law Firms in London is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its IP Litigation practice. The role offers hybrid working with exposure to pitches, campaigns and strategic planning in a high-performing disputes team.

The ideal candidate will bring BD experience from legal or professional services, strong stakeholder management skills, and an interest in progressing to a managerial role. IP experience is not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal or professional services business development is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship-building mindset.
• Interest in stepping into management and leading BD initiatives at partner level.

Responsabilités

• Leading pitches, proposals and credentials for high-value opportunities.
• Managing legal directory and award submissions.
• Delivering thought leadership, campaigns, events and profile-raising activity.
• Supporting strategic client development and account management initiatives.
• Preparing client research, briefings and market intelligence.
• Working closely with partners to identify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Tracking BD activity, ROI and pipeline development through CRM systems.
