Job summary

Together in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced litigation professional to join our in-house Legal Team. We are being very open minded with regard to experience and we will mould the role around you, managing a high-volume portfolio of litigation matters within a regulated financial services environment.

The role requires someone who can supervise junior colleagues, monitor MI and data trends, and work collaboratively with Complaints, Risk, Compliance, Recoveries and Operations to

Qualifications

• Experience managing litigation matters within a financial services environment.
• Experience progressing litigation files, including strategy and outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
• Ability to analyse risks and provide practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of litigation matters from pre-action to final resolution.
• Progress day-to-day strategy, outcomes, and case management across matters.
• Prepare pleadings, witness statements, applications and disclosures.
• Monitor court deadlines and ensure procedural compliance.
• Produce concise case summaries, risk assessments and recommendations.
• Support settlement discussions and dispute resolution strategies.
• Assist with possession claims and enforcement of security.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business.
• Produce litigation MI, trends, and insights for decision making.
