Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, client service, and project management with a track record of leading teams.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and regional portfolios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations and public-speaking capabilities.
• Strategic, proactive, and collaborative leadership style with a focus on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client service delivery across the opt-in lifecycle from setup to registrations and updates.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; promote accountability and consistent service delivery.
• Manage regional client and project portfolios, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Build relationships with clients, law firms, litigation funders, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategy, governance, and scalable operating model development for opt-in services.
• Oversee data handling, due diligence, damages analysis, and client-alert preparation.
