Broadridge is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager EMEA and APAC Opt-In Litigation Services to join our Global Class Actions team. The role focuses on delivering expert client service across the opt-in lifecycle while guiding a high-performing team and managing regional portfolios.

You will partner with clients, law firms, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates, accurate data, and a scalable operating model for opt-in services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or related field.
• Experience in sales, client service, and project management.
• Experience managing complex client relationships across regions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end client service delivery across the opt-in lifecycle, from pre-announcement case setup through client registration, follow-up, and ongoing case updates.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; establish clear ownership, promote accountability, and support consistent delivery against service standards.
• Manage regional client and project portfolios, ensuring deadlines, communications, service levels, escalations, and client expectations are handled effectively.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, law firms, litigation funders, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with legal advisers and litigation funders to understand case offerings, assess loss methodologies, resolve questions, and support successful client outcomes.
• Contribute to department strategy, governance, thought leadership, and development of a scalable operating model for opt-in services.
