Job summary

Broadridge is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager for EMEA and APAC Opt-In Litigation Services to lead end-to-end client service delivery across the opt-in lifecycle. You will coach a high-performing team, manage regional portfolios, and build strong client relationships with law firms and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strategic, proactive leadership, cross-region coordination, and a focus on scalable operating models for opt-in services within a global class actions framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field is required.
• Experience in sales, client service, and project management, with leadership experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client service delivery across the opt-in lifecycle from setup to registration and updates.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team; ensure ownership and accountability across service standards.
• Manage regional client and project portfolios, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Build relationships with clients, law firms, and internal stakeholders; align case offerings with client needs.
• Collaborate with legal advisers and litigation funders to understand case options and damages.
• Contribute to strategy, governance, and scalable operating models for opt-in services.
