Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field.
• Experience in sales, client service, and project management, with a track record of leading teams.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and project portfolios across multiple regions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic, proactive, and collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client service delivery across the opt-in lifecycle from pre-announcement setup to registration and updates.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Manage regional client and project portfolios, meeting deadlines and service levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, law firms, litigation funders, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with legal advisers and funders to understand offerings and client outcomes.
• Contribute to department strategy, governance, and scalable operating model for opt-in services.
