Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Training & Standards First Line Manager to join the Operations team in Rugby. You will support operational excellence by maintaining SOPs, delivering training, and coaching staff across the Distribution Centre.

The role focuses on implementing quality controls, delivering onboarding, and ensuring premium packaging adherence while coordinating with the Account Operations Manager on process updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment or logistics environment.
• Background training, supervising, coaching, or leading operational teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOPs and quality metrics across fulfillment activities.
• Lead onboarding, induction, and ongoing coaching for operational colleagues; track training records.
• Promote premium packaging and serve as a key contact between operational teams and the Account Operations Manager.
