Job summary

Iron Mountain, based in Lutterworth, UK, is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team. You will oversee scanning centre operations, coordinating with internal teams and clients to optimise digitisation, warehousing and distribution, while ensuring compliance and safety.

You will lead, train and motivate the Digital Solutions team, manage shift rotas, and drive continuous improvement in performance and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage Scanning Centre operations across digitisation, receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate daily tasks with DS Supervisor, internal teams, clients and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with digitisation, warehousing, handling and shipping legislation and safety policies.
• Conduct departmental risk assessments and enforce safe systems of work.
• Lead, train, coach and motivate the Digital Solutions team; manage shift rotas and appraisals.
