Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Digital Imaging & Document Processing operations in Lutterworth. You will direct the day-to-day activities, manage a 100+ strong team, and drive service quality for clients while ensuring profitable performance.

You will develop and implement staffing plans, monitor KPIs, and enforce SOPs with a focus on continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the unit.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 100+ team members in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Strong business process management and operational security.
• Ability to forecast and plan service delivery.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities and team members; set priorities and strategic direction.
• Ensure KPIs are met, address service failures promptly.
• Develop training plans and manage performance issues.
• Forecast service delivery plans and manage resource utilization.
