Job summary

Iron Mountain in Rugby is seeking a Training & Standards First Line Manager to join our Operations team. You will support the delivery of operational excellence, maintain SOPs, and deliver training and coaching across our Distribution Centre operation.

The role requires experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics or e-commerce, with a background in training, supervising, coaching, or leading operational teams, plus strong communication and administrative skills and proficiency with warehouse

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics or e-commerce environment.
Background in training, supervising, coaching or leading operational teams.
Strong communication, organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Maintain SOPs and monitor quality metrics across fulfillment activities.
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for operational colleagues with records and competency assessments.
Ensure premium packaging adherence and coordinate process updates with the Account Operations Manager.
Provide training, supervision and coaching to warehouse teams.
Utilize warehouse systems and Microsoft Office to support operations.
