Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Training & Standards First Line Manager to join the Operations team in Rugby. You will support delivery of operational excellence, maintain SOPs, and deliver training across the Distribution Centre.

The role requires experience in warehouse/logistics, training or leading teams, and strong organizational skills. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided, with flexible work options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics or e-commerce environments.
• Experience training, supervising, coaching, or leading operational teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Operational Standards & Quality by auditing SOPs and metrics.
• Deliver Training & People Coaching for onboarding and ongoing development.
• Promote packaging quality and act as liaison between teams and Account Operations Manager.
