Job summary

Complexio, the intelligence layer for enterprise AI, is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production. You’ll lead operational excellence across all live customer-facing systems, ensuring reliability, observability, and scalable processes.

In this hands-on role, you’ll shape processes, lead incidents, build the team, and move from reactive firefighting to proactive reliability engineering. You’ll design on-call rotations, define escalation paths, and raise the bar on operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in SRE/DevOps and production engineering.
• Leads technical teams and manages incidents end-to-end.
• Strong observability mindset with KPI-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own production stability and availability of live systems.
• Ensure readiness for new releases and safe production access.
• Lead incident management from detection to blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation plans.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs; improve visibility into latency, errors.
• Lead and grow the Operations team; set KPIs and foster ownership.
• Drive reliability roadmaps and prevent repeats.
