Job summary

Complexio, the intelligence layer for enterprise AI, seeks an Operations Team Lead to own production. You’ll lead live systems reliability, establish observability, and scale the platform to support global customers.

This hands-on leadership role requires incident management, on-call design, and building a high-discipline culture focused on root-cause fixes and measurable reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving reliability improvements.
• Hands-on incident management and blameless postmortems.

Responsibilities

• Own production across all live customer-facing systems.
• Lead incidents, runbooks, and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive reliability roadmap initiatives.
• Grow and mentor the Operations team.
