Job summary

Complexio, the intelligence layer for enterprise AI, is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production. You will lead live systems, ensure reliability, observability, and continuous improvement across the platform.

This hands‑on role requires building scalable processes, leading incidents, and growing the Ops team while moving from firefighting to proactive reliability engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Prior experience leading technical teams.
• Deep hands‑on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.
• Calm under pressure, clear in communication.
• Systems thinker, fixes root causes, not symptoms.

Responsibilities

• Own stability and availability of all live systems.
• Lead incident management lifecycle with high‑signal alerting, structured response, and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on‑call rotations with clear escalation paths and runbooks.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs, monitor availability, latency, errors, and saturation.
• Grow the Operations team and raise the bar on operational discipline.
