Job summary

3t in Dyce, Aberdeen, is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator on a permanent contract. The role involves day-to-day planning and administration for the Scotland training division, including face-fit testing, scheduling, and coordinating instructors and travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out face fit testing.
• Support day-to-day planning for training at centres and client premises.
• Assist with planning holiday requests, CPD, internal/external training and verifications.
• Schedule all course dates and manage advance and reactive planning to meet demand.
• Coordinate external instructors and assessors to meet delivery needs.
• Raise purchase orders and check invoices as required.
• Liaise with UK centres to coordinate bookings of instructors, equipment and facilities.
• Arrange off-site travel and accommodation for the delivery team and others.
• Provide reporting and administrative support; undertake additional duties as needed.
