Job summary

3t | Training Services (UK) is seeking 2x TMS Coordinators on permanent contracts in Aberdeen, Montrose or Newcastle, UK. The role involves facilitating and administering training arrangements for client workforces and managing course bookings and certifications.

You will coordinate training activities, maintain training records in the LMS, and liaise with suppliers to arrange solutions. This is a 40‑hour week with semi‑flexible hours, offering benefits and a strong pathway within the 3t

Qualifications

• Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities in line with client requirements.
• Process training bookings and update training records.
• Maintain LMS data and generate joining instructions.
• Monitor and manage changes or cancellations to training events.
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with training suppliers.
