Acteon Group is seeking a Crewing Co‑Ordinator to coordinate the sourcing, booking, mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and contractors for projects and operations in Aberdeen. The role ensures qualified, compliant staff are allocated with all necessary training, certifications, and paperwork completed prior to deployment.

You will work with Project Managers and operations teams to maintain training matrices, CVs, and personnel records, while coordinating travel, accommodation and

• Coordinate safe, efficient mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel.
• Prepare and issue Contracts for Services and call-off instructions.
• Maintain Personnel Tracker and Availability Matrix for planning.
• Ensure IR35/off-payroll compliance for engagements.
• Coordinate travel, visas, accommodation and logistics with clients.
