Job summary

3t is recruiting 2x TMS Coordinators on permanent contracts in Aberdeen, Montrose or Newcastle, UK. The role involves facilitating and administering training arrangements for TMS client workforces, including bookings, scheduling, and certification issuance, in alignment with the training matrix.

Qualifications

• Coordination and organisational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to talk to all levels of company representatives.
• Customer service experience is important.
• Basic knowledge of Oil & Gas is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office.
• Experience with software systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail in training administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities in line with client requirements.
• Process bookings and manage training status and changes.
• Inform suppliers of cancellations to avoid charges.
• Raise purchases orders and liaise with clients.
• Update Learning Management System (LMS) as needed.
• Prepare joining instructions and notify delegates of changes.
