Job summary

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production. You’ll lead operational excellence across live systems, driving reliability, observability, and proactive improvements.

This hands-on role involves shaping processes, leading incidents, building the team, and moving from firefighting to systemic reliability engineering. You will design robust on-call rotations, manage escalations, and define KPIs to raise the bar on production discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in site reliability engineering or production engineering.
• Strong leadership of technical teams in live environments.
• Proven ability to design and improve reliability across services.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability for all live customer-facing systems.
• Lead incident management: detection, response, and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define and drive SLOs/SLIs; monitor availability, latency, errors, and saturation.
• Lead and grow the Operations team, set KPIs and accountability.
