Job summary

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead in the United Kingdom to own production and build scalable systems. You’ll lead operational excellence across all live customer-facing systems to make production reliable, observable, and continuously improving.

This hands-on role requires shaping processes, leading incidents, and building a high-performing team. You will drive on-call rotations, runbooks, and a culture of accountability while delivering reliable platform performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Proven track record leading technical teams.
• Hands-on incident management and postmortems.

Responsibilities

• Own production and ensure stability and availability of all live systems.
• Lead incident management lifecycle and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive reliability roadmap initiatives.
• Lead and grow the Operations team and set KPIs.
