Job summary

Complexio in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production. Not just keep it running, but build a system that scales. You’ll lead operational excellence across all live customer-facing systems and shape processes to drive reliability and observability.

This hands-on role requires incident leadership, on-call design, and a focus on root-cause fixes. You will also build and mentor the team, set KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, infrastructure, or production engineering.
• Prior experience leading technical teams.
• Hands-on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.
• Calm under pressure and clear in communication.
• Systems thinking with root-cause focus.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability across live customer-facing systems.
• Lead incident management lifecycle and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and improve monitoring visibility.
• Lead and grow the operations team, set KPIs and standards.
