THE EMPLOYER IS: THE PARENT ROOMSWe are excited to be looking for a Operations Support Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team including light personal assistant duties to the Chief Executive, and support the delivery of our programs. You will report to the Project Manager and will work closely with our Parent Support Worker to help process referrals, and provide a friendly service to the parents we support. You will also assist with room booking, calendar management, and supporting team meetings. As you will be the first person that many parents will see when coming to the building, you will be welcoming, and understanding, particularly when parents may be distressed. You will need to be able to work well within a team and bring your passion to this role. You will be someone who is able to manage your time effectively and who is open to learning.

Responsibilities
  • Producing documents, typing duties, and graphic design (full training given).
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Setting up rooms for programs and clearing up afterwards.
  • Managing sign-in processes and collecting monitoring information.
  • Supporting the planning of events such as our Gala and Conference.
