Greenhead College is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to the three College Directors and the wider college community.
Salary: £28,914.46 per annum (£31,324 per annum FTE) – point 14 of the Support Staff Pay Scale.
FTE: 0.9231. Pension: West Yorkshire Pension Fund, plus a Death in Service Grant equal to 3 × your annual salary.
Contract type: Permanent.
Other benefits include:
37 hours per week, 8.30 am – 4.30 pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30 am – 4.00 pm (Friday, term‑time; 39 weeks). Two full weeks during the college summer holidays (weeks 3 and 4) are included, plus 37 floating additional hours throughout the academic year to meet operational needs (equivalent of 42 weeks in total).
