Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an operations, finance, legal, consulting or analytical role at a fast-paced company or startup.
• Strong comfort with numbers, spreadsheets and financial/operational modelling.
• An understanding of equity workflows, cap tables and VC fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day business operations across finance, legal, IP, commercial, and compliance.
• Own and maintain key operational documents, including company contracts and NDAs.
• Assist with investor updates, financial and KPI reporting.
