Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Support Coordinator in Maidenhead to support customers, suppliers and internal operations. This fast-paced role ensures orders and deliveries are managed efficiently while maintaining excellent service.

You will manage inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries and keep accurate records. Strong organisation, communication and IT skills are essential, with occasional driving for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate deliveries and collections with customers and transport providers.
• Track orders from receipt to completion.
• Provide customers with updates on order progress and delivery schedules.
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, shortages and enquiries.
• Maintain records and administration systems.
• Support day-to-day office operations.
• Assist with general admin and ad hoc duties.
• Occasional delivery driving as required.
