Job summary

FMH Conveyors, part of the Duravant family, is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to join the Internal Sales and Operations Team in a office-based role. You will process new customer orders, generate manufacturing works orders, and track orders from production to delivery, helping us achieve KPIs on revenue recognition and on-time deliveries.

You will work within an established team, aligning with our core values and contributing to continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system desirable (FMH use Sage X3)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Full driving licence

Responsibilities

• Handle and process new customer sales orders
• Create and issue corresponding manufacturing works orders
• Track critical parts orders through the business to delivery
• Support achieving KPIs on revenue realisation and on-time deliveries
• Track and close works orders to be delivered and invoiced
• Help manage the intercompany extended warehouse program
• Handle parts enquiries from customers
• Other tasks may be assigned as the business needs
