Concurrent Technologies Plc is seeking a Customer Services Co-ordinator to deliver outstanding customer experience while supporting the operations team to process orders efficiently.

You will manage relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely updates and accurate coordination of complex orders, exports, and repairs in our ERP environment. Join a growing team that values proactive problem-solving, attention to detail and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Similar experience in an office administrator or customer service role.
• Experience using an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning).
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Proactive mindset with ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and support wider operations to meet orders and ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Export and Production to meet deadlines.
• Provide timely status and delivery updates to customers globally.
• Coordinate complex orders and repairs in internal systems accurately.
• Organise shipments and ensure export documents are complete and on time.
