Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Operations Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a DL Club and deliver an outstanding member experience, seven days a week. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service delivery, and regularly act as Duty Manager with your team.

You will also drive health & safety compliance, financial planning, and staff development to foster an inclusive culture where members and colleagues thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Regularly act as Duty Manager and lead the club team to deliver a premium member experience.
• Oversee health & safety and compliance across operations.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly seven days a week.
• Drive service excellence and member satisfaction through proactive leadership.

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
