We’re partnering with one of the UK’s leading healthy grab & go food concepts, recognised for its fresh, innovative menu and strong nationwide presence.With continued growth and new sites on the horizon, the brand is now seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to oversee performance and development across the Midlands region.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site operator from the fast casual, QSR, or grab & go sector who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.You’ll lead high-performing teams, drive operational standards, and play a pivotal role in the brand’s continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Performance: Optimise site profitability, cost control, and operational standards across your portfolio.
  • Operational Leadership: Ensure consistently excellent customer experience, product quality, and service delivery.
  • Team Development: Recruit, coach, and inspire managers and teams—building capability and promoting a culture of accountability.
  • Support Growth: Play a central role in successful new site launches across the region, from recruitment and training to post-opening support.
  • Systems & Compliance: Implement and uphold SOPs, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Customer Focus: Champion the customer journey, ensuring it remains central to all operational decisions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to deliver both day-to-day operational success and long-term strategic goals.

  • Based within easy reach of the Midlands, with the flexibility to travel across the region.
  • Experienced in managing multi-site operations within fast casual, QSR, or grab & go food businesses.
  • Commercially sharp, with a proven ability to deliver strong P&L performance and margin improvements.
  • A strong leader with a track record of developing managers and building motivated teams.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused—comfortable working at pace in a growth environment.
