Job summary

David-Lloyd Clubs in Weybridge is seeking an Activities Manager to lead and optimise the day-to-day operations of the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families activities within the club. You will act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth service delivery and member satisfaction.

You will recruit, train and empower a large team, drive financial planning and performance, and foster an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passion for customer service and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager to ensure efficient club operations.
