This inspirational food business has a compelling story and makes fantastic products. It is now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to elevate its operations to the next level.

As the Operations Manager. you will guide the team and oversee the factory. This is a critical position, and will report directly to the Managing Director.

The role includes general management of the factory, encompassing Production, Logistics, Technical, and Sales. Key responsibilities will involve enhancing overall operational performance and promoting employee engagement. The individual is expected to embody and uphold the behaviours that strengthen the company’s culture and values.

The responsibilities of this role will include site leadership and operations management. We expect the successful candidate to possess strong operational and commercial acumen, along with a proven track record in food production.
