About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Supply Chain team. You will manage the outsourced supply chain and deliver projects for high-growth, innovative FMCG brands.

You will have autonomy over client accounts, managing your time effectively to grow and nurture them and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, spanning innovative frozen treats to irresistible snacks and cutting-edge vegan alternatives, our portfolio has it all.

Key responsibilities
  • Expertly managing the end-to-end supply chain for select clients covering supply and demand planning, stock management and much more
  • Fostering exceptional client relationships, advising clients and adding value by taking the initiative and solving problems
  • Creating and improving supply chain processes
  • Supporting with client project work including delivering one-off projects
  • As you develop in this role, you'll have the chance to take on additional responsibilities and grow with the position.
About you
  • 3+ years of supply chain experience
  • Hard working and thrive from being in control of own schedule
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive and progressive approach to problem solving
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and a variety of supply chain softwares
  • A human and consultative approach to delivering operations

  • Supply chain performance consistently delivered in line with agreed targets, service levels, cost and efficiency metrics.
  • Improved cost control and margin protection through effective sourcing, logistics optimisation and waste reduction initiatives.
  • High level of client satisfaction and retention driven by reliable delivery and proactive issue resolution.
  • A resilient, scalable supply chain with sufficient capacity to support current operations and future growth.
  • Strong development, capability and performance of the supply chain and operations team underpinned by clear processes, accountability and continuous improvement.
