Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Chigwell is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a premium health and wellness club, delivering exceptional service seven days a week.

You will act as Duty Manager, manage a diverse team, drive health and safety compliance, financial planning, and member experience, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture across the club.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large service delivery operations.
• Experience leading multiple functions with varied goals.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
