Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking an Operations Assistant to join Port Solent club. You will support club operations, ensuring members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities include cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members, and assisting teams where needed. This role supports a thriving, inclusive culture with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and helping members.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning, opening and closing tasks across the club.
• Greet members and support teams to ensure a safe, excellent experience.
• Provide cross-departmental support as needed to maintain service standards.
