Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Regularly act as Duty Manager and lead the club team to ensure health and safety and compliance.
• Maximise member experience.
• Operate seven days a week with a hands-on leadership approach.
