You will regularly act as Duty Manager, oversee health and safety, and drive service quality while managing a busy, people-focused facility. The role requires experience running a large operational service delivery facility, cross-functional leadership, financial planning and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., leisure, retail or hospitality).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsabilités

• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver an excellent member experience seven days a week.
• Act as Duty Manager and oversee health & safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to maximize member satisfaction and service quality.
• Drive operational performance and uphold DL standards across the club.
