About The Role

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager with excellent attention to detail to join our school in September 2025 on a full-time, permanent basis. This exciting opportunity reports to the principal and offers the chance to join a distinguished senior team, providing strategic leadership in HR, office management, site and contractor management, and projects. If you are ambitious, driven, and passionate about high-quality systems and processes, this role is ideal for you.
This varied and impactful role will significantly influence the operational success of our school. You will lead planned capital projects and provide operational expertise and support across the school. The role operates on a 52-week contract with 25 days of annual leave.
This newly created position is part of the school leadership team, overseeing daily and strategic operations. Key responsibilities include HR, building operations, health and safety, capital projects, IT, community usage, catering, cleaning contracts, and operational support across the school.
