We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our growing, fully-remote, and friendly team dedicated to the success of Camo, our app that helps users achieve remarkable results with video.

Our clientele includes teams at Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, top universities, VIPs worldwide, and many individuals seeking to enhance their online presence. Our work has been recognized by HM King Charles III, NYT, WSJ, and the BBC.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is at the heart of operational processes, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

We prefer candidates based in the UK, ideally London, with regular travel to our London HQ expected.

You Will

• Recruit, onboard, and develop our team, shaping a high-performance culture
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, support financial reporting, and liaise with finance partners
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement
• Own key initiatives to support company growth, such as launching new systems or optimizing tools
