Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers and drive safety, quality and productivity across our sites.

You will set clear targets, coach leaders, and translate strategic plans into actionable daily workflows to meet customer demand. You will develop operational plans, monitor performance, collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety and Security, and implement initiatives to improve site efficiency, reduce risk, and support the Amazon

Qualifications

• Experience in people management and stakeholder management.
• Experience in making data driven business decisions.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams on a shift and improve site performance.
• Analyse shift performance against objectives and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.
• Design and deliver initiatives to improve site operations.
