Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager to ensure a site runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard so we meet customer demand.

You will lead a team across shifts, keeping operations compliant and productive. You’ll drive safety culture, analyse performance data to improve quality, and collaborate with senior colleagues to standardise shift practices and deliver excellent service for customers.

Qualifications

• A degree is required and experience leading people is essential.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.
